A couple of years ago we were fortunate enough to travel to Bali. We started talking the other day and it came up on a short list of places to visit. This popped up in one of my feeds and reading about the dishes was making me drool … and giving me ideas!
I’ve got one cookbook I picked up while I was there. I’m going to have to try to make something and report back on how it turned out. Anyone else have any recommendations from a visit there?
