Sugar v Stevia v Monk Fruit – A Dr. Greger Video

I wasn’t particularly sure the other day just why I was so incensed that there was stevia in my tea.  This comes along from Dr. Greger, who appears to be the final word on nutrition advice, so far as I can tell, to show that the added sweetener isn’t any better than any other.  So my gut telling me that I ought not have any of it, wasn’t too far off the mark.

I’ve never heard of this monk fruit sweetener.  Has anyone out there tried it?
