We’ve been eating this way for the better part of a year and have been nearly fully compliant since the beginning of this year.

Glucose dropped from 94 to 85
Cholesterol dropped from 239 to 152
HDL from 92 to 80
LDL dropped from 136 to 83
I have to say I’m fairly happy with these results. Back to making more plant based whole foods!
