OMG. The cauliflower at this place. I can’t stop thinking about it. Cauliflower is sort of a mainstay these days with everyone trying to do their version of it, but these guys were knocking it out of the park.
I even had to go up to the front of the house to look to see how it was done. Spoke with a guy who said it gets roasted for a couple of hours at a fairly low temperature to achieve this effect. Really wonderful. There were whole sheet pans of heads of cauliflower. It was really wonderful to see. Apparently it was a real hit, too. If you’re near RT Rotisserie, you absolutely must check out the cauliflower. They’re not a vegan joint, but they do appear to care about how their veggies get cooked. Bravo!
I forgot I had their umami fries, too, which were out of this world. Great place!
RT Rotisserie serves an array of items, but fully a third of their menu appears to be vegan preparations. VegScore 33.
