Article from the Telegraph out of the UK about how for the first time in Wimbledon’s history they’ll be serving a plant based cream with strawberries. I say bravo! Why ruin a perfectly good fruit with liquid meat.
It’s been interesting to watch how plant-based eating has been taking off in the UK in the past few years. It’s exciting to see the changes and to think that this wave could be crossing the Atlantic, or the pond as some like to say.
When you want to eat some strawberries, you should be able to go plant based with the whole thing. Offering a soya cream seems like an alternative that’s way past due.
